I would say it's great given the fact that we are well compensated and that we were paid fairly during overtimes.

I highly suggest that they should look at the reccuring disputes on our pay. Improve the apps they use for tracking down our well deserved leave credits because to be honest disputes realy do affects us and not hearing anything form the management unless we speak out about it, total disappointment.
