Highly pressured and stressful 100% of the time. Performance driven to an above average rate and you get pressure from all sides all the time. I feel undervalued and undercompensated for my job description.

Take our recommendations as we are doing the job, not them. They expect us to solve the customers problems even though the resources & permissions are inadequate. We are limited in lot of aspects. There are gaps on some processes which we cannot solve. Promotion as we all work extremely hard.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The agents who do the same job I do in the US & UK receive way more than double of what I earn. Pay more taxes and benefits are deducted from this as well. I will feel better if my salary is equalled to those of the US & UK as then only would I be able to purchase a home which is unattainable now
