3rd week in. Training was a joke....an absolute joke. Me as well as everyone else (about 20 others) in my new hire group are still lost and figuring things out ourselves and our more seasoned coworkers help us and teach us more than the managers or ambassadors. :( I'm already scared I'll be fired.

I guess they are nice they view times I see their faces and say good morning. I feel very misleaded by them as they seem to not know what they are talking about which in now putting me at risk for being fired as a new hire due to negative upt :/
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Yes, I feel like a number or robot. Give us a fan, or some stools. Get rid of the upt rules or the harsh rates pushed on new hires and people.. too afraid to use the restroom from drinking water in a hot warehouse because I don't want to be fired for not meeting rate.
