I feel like a number being picked out of a hat instead of an employee, taking away PTO replacing it with 3 minutes of UPT every hour we work our butts off and we dont get the option to put in minutes of upt so for 1 little minute costs me an hour of upt and 20 hours of work. Managment is terrible.

Everything could be improved. Pay is terrible, managment is terrible, favoritism is awful. The hard workers get nothing out of it besides mental and physical stress. Managment literally doesnt care.

Um, all of them need to be retrained. And learn to be more respectful of each other. I feel as i go to work to work with 5 year olds. They need to realize other people have feelings. They ALSO need to put themselves in other people shoes.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
Coming from mine and a few others perspective. They need to get better at EVERYTHING. Stop treating the people that dont do anything but stand aroind like they are the best and STOP FIRING people for NEGATIVE UPT if you took away pto. The good workers always get the worst of it at amazon. Change it.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I walk into work, and fear of my mental health. They undervalue the hard workers and work them to the point they want to quit. SOO much favoritism, especially with the ones they know work the hardest. I say at sort centers we should be getting paid 20 dollars an hour. Bring back PTO for FT employees
