It's mostly negative with how I'm treated because I'm white and the minority, and how little the warehouse workers get payed for how much work they do, but it could be fun sometimes around the right people.

It was more of a group hiring than an interview. They didn't conduct interviews, they just did a drug test and said everyone was hired if they pass.

At my particular building the supervisory staff brings in healthy (and unhealthy, the most fun) snacks and even cakes for birthdays, and even has a freezer packed with popsicles that have electrolytes in them.

The low level employees, meaning the warehouse workers are not payed enough and are held to too high of standards. The warehouse workers (at least in the new Baton Rouge building) are put in small areas to work, and really do the most work out of anyone in the entire company and are payed the least.

I was 1 of a total of 4 white people in the entire building. Poor equality in the workplace because of it. I was among the top workers within my first two days. Since I was a great worker I was put in the worst job everyday for weeks because I was white, and because they knew I'd do a great job.
