Some organizational issues and unclear break times. Breaks should be displayed on computer during the break and workers should not be penalized in tak time for the break. Maybe this is something that can be streamlined and improved on in the future.

For the tasks that do require more than one person, perhaps supervising the workers and finding out each worker's strengths and weaknesses and personal styles might help avoid conflicts.

No easy solutions, this is a job that has its demands and challenges. A useful service is provided to the public, in exchange the workers provide alot of their time and effort to get things done. Timelines and productivity targets are problematic for customers and workers alike, compromise needed.
