It is sometimes political and sometimes just the best place that i have ever worked. Our message about culture often gets lost in middle management before getting down to us.

Amazingly enough, considering the size of the company, I feel seen and valued for my individual contribution. There is a commitment to tying our work to the service of the communities who depend on our services and products that gives me pride in wearing AT&T logos and colors.

The talent level of my coworkers is off the charts.

The fact that we tackle a lot of issues head on when other companies aren't do it - such as our stance on issues like diversity, inclusion, and equality.

I like that I get to do meaningful work and get the tools to do it. I get to use best in class tools to do my job and training to use those tools.

The company's focus on DE&I is incredible and has been before the issue became controversial to even discuss. I have been empowered by my company to be my authentic self, not what they want me to be.
