We need a better way to transition employees to roles where they can excel from all levels. Career counselors and programs to match skills with job functions to reduce attrition.

Benefits and the ancillary benefits. I would prefer the ability to earn experience options. Take a look at blueboard. How can we take programs like At Your Service, Service Execellence or create programs to offer these items to employees with the option to share with a friend or family member(s)?

Learning new skills from them. I enjoy connecting with them in the office but I do appreciate having the flexibility in my schedule to work from home an reduce office distractions. Calls dominate a lot of my day and it's nice to reduce the noise around you by working from home instead of in a cube.
