My experience was fantastic until the Return to Office policy was implemented. Since then it has created an insecure environment full of uncertainty.

Without my immediate coworkers and others I have worked directly with in the past, I wouldn't be happy at work at all since the implementation of the Return to Office policies. It has created a tone deaf toxicity that after 1 year still doesn't make any sense.
