I am not sure how to feel- It seems we are getting mixed messages from upper management, which makes me feel unsecure in my current position.

I go above and beyond on a daily basis, and no one sees this but my immediate manager. I think more money would make me feel better.

We help each other with ticket issues and collaborate daily. The best thing to me is the trust and closeness we have amongst the group. We have exchanged our personal cell #s so we can reach out to anyone on the team if needed.
