Leadership team allows every single member to participate actively in the new deployment discussions, which makes feel that every person is important in the team.

I feel undervalued because my work has increased a lot due to the new sites that has been opened recently and the amount of agents and new campaigns in those sites. For that reason I requested an increase in my wage, which was totally refused without taking into consideration a small percentage.
