No annual employee evaluation and no annual increase. Compensation is lower than the industry standard.

Knowing that there will always be unique challenges that you will be facing is exciting enough, plus reliable teammates.

Please do a proper annual salary increase. I've been here more than 2 years but no sign of progress.

The company need to have a clear rubrics for employee evaluation. All else matter but feeling valued always boils down to the yearly salary improvement which never happened.

No team is perfect but having people that you can count on when things goes south is amazing. It's always nice to work with people that you can trust and depend.
