I enjoy working in a team environment, and I get along well with people. In my past work experience, I implemented a system to help organize the communication between my coworkers to enhance our productivity as a team. It helped us delegate tasks more easily, which led to earlier completion dates.

Doing the same work as someone else who's being paid more than me, while doing more work than someone else who's being paid more than me, my salary range is pretty flexible. While I do want to be compensated fairly for my experience and good sales record.

I enjoy helping other people reach their potential. Seeing someone grow and flourish in a new role is very satisfying. I love the responsibility of being a leader because I get to help mold people into a better version of themselves. In the process, I am being challenged and growing at the same time
