It would really be better if the company could add an allowance for transportation or rice allowance like other company provides to their employees it can add motivation for us to go to work.

We cooperate to finish the work well and ensure its quality. We help each other to pass the clients matrix at the end of the month. My coworkers provide an environment that makes me excite to go to work every shift.

My work itself is what makes me the happiest, the job is pretty simple , less pressure and stress. Knowing that this work helps the unfortunate people overseas inspires me to go to work the most. I had an amazing team leads who support and helps us in every struggle we face. My coworkers are amazing
