They should have an alternative solutions or better plan in order for the account to grow. not just blaming the agents

They should not condemn any hearsay since it will affect the mental health of others. they should act professional;. even people who have a higher post became toxic because of accusations.

Since I do have 1 year and 5 months of experience plus a 6 months of being a Quality Analyst. I do believe that I deserve a balance compensation and hopefully we have other benefits like allowance, incentives.

Compensation is not fair at all when it comes to experiences; some of them are higher and some of them are lower. Even if the other person has much better experience but is offered less compensation, Others who have less experience tend to offer higher compensation.
