People stuff is priority. Topics are shown to the entire company on a consistent basis and are transparent how what it is, how its going, and what should continue to be worked for.
They seem authentic by bringing their personal sides when discussing things with the company and also cover highs AND lows when updating everyone on the business. It feels real and genuine which I really respect.
It feels very welcoming and structured with supportive tools to help employees get their work done. At the same time, most people don't take the work too seriously and know when to include some fun.
Communication seems to be a strong value for them and making sure the company is all on page. They also need to acknowledge true talent well and look to provide a lot of opportunities for their employees.
Most of everyone I collaborate with is engaged and ready to bring the best to whatever we're trying to do. Most are polite and understanding which also helps with the crazy that the world has been experiencing.
They intentionally try to show their genuine side in most interactions with the company. With that, they are not afraid to talk transparently about the good and the bad with how the company is going. Also, they bring the energy which I enjoy as well.
People don't take the work too seriously! We know what we're in business for, but with that, we're able to take a breath of fresh air once in awhile and have a laugh. While doing that though, we get right back on track and buckle down to meet goals.
