The USA and UK agents who do the same job as I receive $16 -$35 and £9.55 p/h. We get way less than half. Keeping in mind that the taxes are more and benefits are also then deducted from that. It's discrimination. If I work for Amazon for years I will never be able to afford to purchase a home

The company will always succeed but staff turnaround will always be a factor as in the 2 min given to send a mail to the customer after the call, you have to do follow ups as well. It's really stressful send you mails advising on how to manage your stress as if they are helping

The teamwork as we work extremely hard. Negatively we have to rush to the toilet as we get 7 min to pee and timed on every sec on all we do.On call handling time of 15 min a call. Through no fault if our own, customers ask us how to use their printer to print labels and ask us to search for products
