
For my current work environment, people are reliant on feedback to be successful. I feel the feedback received is tough but honest and I'm able to improve my work based on a peer's viewpoint without a sense of judgement.
My interview process was much more in depth. The current process is a series of questions-- if you can answer them, there is no formal interview (to my knowledge). People are hired directly into perm positions with no background in departments. Communicating with peers is harder and inconsistent.
