We do little in nor do actually have meetings. Rather, we communicate via chime throughout shift and make changes as necessary.

Tend to leave too much time at the end for questions. It is okay if you are an outsider but when I know that department and its processes more intimately than its managers than hard to come up with 15-20 minutes worth of questions for my interviewer, and then do it three or four times in a row
