The benefits are really poor for a big company like Amazon, please, upgrade the amount of Tuition and Fees support from 1.500$ for part time employees to 3.000$ and full time time, 5.000$. DENTAL, VISION AND MEDICAL benefits are really undervaluable due to the low amount of coverage upgrade it.
