My Co-workers are all easy to approach and easy to ask on if there is some thing's that is unfamiliar, specially in the process regarding the WFT.

The company should have a good management and growth for the employee, there is sometimes confusion regarding the schedule and leave files to where you need to absent instead of leave since the important matter that you need to attend was already been declined by your Supervisors.
