To my Team Leader she always remind me that I, should set a goal everyday, needs to reach all the metrics and not to be absent in- order to have a career growth in the company.

In order for the agent stay longer I, could suggest that the company should give an agent a raise base on their tenurity, and performance metrics this is due to inflation that the country is experiencing now a days in this way, agent will venture to other company to keep up with the inflation.
