The store teams honestly do a great job, just those above the store dont care about them
Most times they know who they are taking before interviews are given, this is for any leadership role
Store managers try to keep a postive Environment but its hard when no one wants to work because they are working departments alone
Executives dont even say hi to employees when they deside to come into stores on holiday weekends when its super busy, but insted they tear down and rip into everything that's wrong, when the issue is no hours to help suport the needed manpower for its customers
Kroger simply does not care about its employees anymore. Executives and district teams dont say thank you anymore, its only negitive. Constently cuting hours back in stores, even though sales and units are up vs Prior years. they for the customers anymore. Get back into the people busniess.
