All they see is numbers. They don't have a clue what's actually going on on a store level. I work very hard to only get shit on day after day. No appreciation ever

Too much non sense from corporate. Not enough hours provided by corporate to get daily tasks done. Most of us on a store level work very hard and try to do what's right for the company yet we are treated poorly and struggling to make ends meet. NTM walking on egg shells everyday
