Customers are usually unsatisfied with the store because a lot of stuff is out of stock. Some employees are rude to them because they dont feel like being here

They push me to be here early without any sleep because of my baby and pick fast and have great instock. I dont ever have money for food because all of my money goes to my baby for diapers and formula and i just work through my break.

Comprimising with their employees and actually listen to what they have to say that is making it difficult to come in ar a certain time or when a coworker is harassing them. The front end manager is also making the workplace a hostile environment by all of a sudden being rude to me.
