Time to time meetings with managers and crew members, someone to come in every so often to boost morale Management taking more of and active positive role in defusing all the nastiness and negativity that goes on
No Drama,No Petty Gossip,stay on task at all times work as a team not individuals when clocked in only focus should be the job not the continued pettiness that goes on at many jobs that cause distraction and take you away from doing your job duties
