Some are very helpful, ambitious, and inspirational. Those with the mentor and growth mindset are the best. The rest are still pleasant, but do not have the same level of ambition and dedication to the company goals and customers as they could.

Improve customer experience by providing a one stop place for a customer to get help speaking with a human, not an IVR. Onboarding needs to be made easy, activation or registration should be as easy as receiving a new credit card and activating that. MGT needs to promote/support growth in reports

Pay rate is low for the market and area and the job description does not mimic actual job/s being done. The roles are MUCH more complicated than in the JD. JD need to be updated and verified by employees. Job title does not reflect actual role either. Title and JD are obviously dumbed down.
