Neutral, HMO should be effective on Day 1, cause we don't know what goes wrong we don't have a back up in case of emergency. Pay should be equal and negotiation should open to all too. Additionally we should have the visibility of our leave credits

It's best that the account on production flow is segmented or enclosed. Cause when we take phone calls. Our Customer tend to hear the background noises from other accounts.

Hire people in one go, cause I was part of the hired people were we're only 2 trainees. We are being left behind by the discussions. Yes we are flexible but its better that we are trained all at the same time.

The salary provided to us is not fair, my colleages are paid higher than us. The fact we are doing the same job, we should get an equal pay. Additionally I tried to negotiate the salary during the Job offer, But I was told that we can't negotiate cause thats the standard they can offer. So unfair...

It's best if you offer equal salary offer to all employees and give equal rights to people who'd like to negotiate according to their skills. I'm one of the applicant that was not given that change. Also for the HMO its best to have effective on day 1 not after 6 mons. What if something goes wrong?
