I thought ContactPoint is a great company but we are not compensated well. The money that they are providing with their activities should be allocated for agents allowances or increase in basic pay. This is the only company I know in the BPO industry that doesn't give employees any allowances.

We do not get any allowances and we are only getting the basic pay which is not enough for the cost of living here in Cebu. HMO should start at the day 1 of employment.
