Higher wage a lot of work that can fall apart bc of other departments

I think we work hard and spend a lot of time on deals and we should get something when our deals go to 7 anyway because a lot of customers cancel and we spent a lot of time on the deals. We should get at least some compensation for getting a deal to 7
