Team members are mostly sneaky. Most of my team members are good individuals who seek the same fairness as I do but some are afraid to speak out.

My team is a found family, we work through tough times together. we're all very resilient. But it's a bond through trauma. we commiserate with each other, and almost never are given a chance to celebrate.
Hard working people who are always willing to help
Mostly great, hard-working people. Good leadership team.
Experienced team members work well together and understand how to make the shift be smooth and wffective with positive results.
Help one anither, work hard
The co workers make it bearable.
My team is great sound and interesting
Kind, supportive, understanding, and most of the time willing to listen, willing to be wrong. Even when we don't get along most of us strive to work together
What is not to love about my teams
The open door policy and open communication. The way we all interact with each other. Respectful and appreciative to be part of the team.
i just like talking to my peers and being friends with them. unfortunately the retention rate is super low and the majority of people ive worked with no longer work there and so its sad to no longer see these people
some of them are nice and will say hi
We always communicate with each other and help each other when we can.
Nothing is really worth it
They are also very friendly.
they work hard and always show they care (except macro and luna)
Easy to get along with
My workers are generally pleasant and friendly. They work hard and provide the best service that they can
Our Frontline workers all agree that our managers are poor
Stop micromanaging those dojng a good job and ignoring those who dont. Mentor up those who need improvement instead of letting their bad work (or lack of work) slide.

Again, most of the issues within team dynamics hinges on compensation and accountability. While team members seen as peer leaders are implemented to encourage positive business citizenship, the lack of support from upper executives undercuts most team building behaviors.
I'm morified by the lack of depth of their education. No curiousity, no color to their lives. Bread and circuses. NFL on TV and Taylor Swift concerts.
High executive meetings are non productive. They will tell you how awesome you are in group settings but pay increases are lacking.
Lack of development and growth overall, very coddled employees
We need to hire more quality workers instead of the first application they get. Also they don't necessarily need more workers just give us the hrs we want
Give us better training to start with
My coworkers are actually fun to work with
They need to learn how to work together not against each other i observe a lot of gosiping about each other
They don't want you to work together unless your a couple

Stop having high expectations for the team
Accountability and attendance need to be addressed.
Understaffing is a major issue
Not possible with company policy..Management is only way
Review from Sales Dept
Equall responsinilities for all team members
being more considerate to fellow coworkers
They need to call on the radio when they are going to breaks and back from breaks.
Work ethics, team work, listen
Stop gossiping. Do your job and go home
Everyone moral is down and scare if they even have a job the next day.
