I have loved working for the college. However, sometimes the college goes off in directions without much research or thought and sometimes have to backtrack. It causes confusion and doubt with our learners and collaborators.

It has been a great experience. Very dynamic environment. If you fear change then this is probably not the place for you.

Salary is somewhat competitive and reviews of pay are more regular.

They work smart and care about results and just not doing the job.

It would be nice if they paid closer to market rate for positions.

Salary improvements have been pretty good and I am finally up to market rates.
