Working along side learners and seeing them succeed

Seeing my learners understand concepts and become really excellent nurses
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont use the medical insurance but I do like that pet insurance is offered
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support for life outside of work and meaningful work when we are teaching and working
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are caring and transparent about how their decision directly help our learners and us as employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together. We all have our strengths and help each other as much as possible for the sake of the students
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a lot of benefits. We are encouraged to eat healthy, move our bodies, sleep well, have a good work life balance and take days off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Progressive attitude and an understanding that we can still believe in the goals of the company and ALSO want to be paid well and have a work/life balance
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the BEST. We all have the learners best interest in mind all of the time, but we also cover for each other so we can take the time we need outside of work to recharge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be transparent with us and clear about what they plan to do in the future. The income is closer to where it needs to be for masters level educators than some other programs, but could still be higher.
