Like I said - before this new travel policy came out, I was extremely satisfied. Now, based on this new policy - I am going to be the last person who volunteers to do any extra DFCs and/or volunteer to stay anywhere long term. I'd rather travel each week and be sleep deprived now. Very frustrated.

While there are things that need to be fixed and/or corrected, for the most part I take joy in working at Nightingale College.

I do like the change from insurances, which allows me to actually go to the doctor now.

before this new travel policy, my answers would have been greatly different. Now - I honestly don't know what is best about the leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When no sites complain, perceptions are not incorrect, and we are not held at a standard in which we will never achieve in our partners eyes.
