Overall, I believe in the company mission and vision. However, there are opportunities for improvement to retain quality nursing faculty. I believe better emphasis on this would be extremely beneficial for learners and the company as a whole.

My team truly exemplifies great teamwork and we care about each other. There is always someone willing to help. I feel very supported.

I would appreciate if my compensation reflected my advanced degree, my unique specialty area, and the pay range for others in this field locally.
