Nightingale promotes a 'spirit of transparency' which allows us as a team to function open and honestly with one another.

My team is supportive of my needs as a person and a collaborator at Nightingale. I never feel alone with my work family!

As a nurse living a state with a severely low pay rate for nurses in the U.S., my compensation with Nightingale is more than I could ever make working outside of my home locally.
