Incredibly intelligent, wonderfully collaborative and goofy when it's time to be.

The virgin pulse challenges and being able to "pay" for insurance that way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They adhere to the mission, vision and values as much as they want us to. No hypocrisy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the growth mindset. It's a wonderful experience not just for the organization but also the learners and the collaborators.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Simply put - laughter. I feel like even when I make an obvious blunder it is met with familial type laughter and forgiveness rather than blame or chastisement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Success is celebrated. There is time taken to appreciate individuals and teams before pushing on. But when success is not achieved there is no humiliation or retribution. It is shared and encouragement is offered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would like to say the transparency and that is absolutely of value. But, if I have to pick the "Best" then I have to say love. It is so obviously a realistically loving place led by appropriately loving leadership that it would be hard to work anywhere else.
