
I enjoy working here. I think that there are days where I feel I really make a difference in someone else's life. I find that very gratifying. I wish that there was a little less DEI going on. I feel like the company is wrapped up in that instead of doing what is right for the company and employees.
I think that overall we are a pretty good company. I think that our focus on DEI is not the best. I think that all positions should be based on merit not the color of skin, gender or sexuality. I hope we move away from this practice like the rest of corporate America.

I like to learn new things. Any type of coding or technical thing I can learn so so cool. I also like the feeling when you implement something that is really going to make a difference in a customers life.
I dont feel like I have a team right now but I do have some people that i enjoy working with. I love being challenged by them. Technically we are not a team together. I miss the team structure that we did have.
I know that there are people who have the same job title that I do. They have been in that position not as long as I have but they do make more money than me. I am pulled in as an SME all the time and get special projects, I should be compensated for that.
Currently I am a level 2 in my position. There are people that I am training that come in at Sr. level. I think that making the titles based on pay level should be changed. I think that if you start new in a position you start at the bottom and then work your way up.
