Everything. Retirment, insurmace, HSA, RSA, and mumtiple isnurnace options is the best part.

What did you like most about the interview process?

You literally just have to pass a drug test and pass a background check. Thats it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

RSUs are back-weighted in years 3 and 4. The better the stock does, the fewer subsequent RSUs you're awarded.
