What do you like best about the leadership team?

The support is great. Some managers show alot of favoritism but as long as i dont work directly with them im good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

RSUs are back-weighted in years 3 and 4. The better the stock does, the fewer subsequent RSUs you're awarded.
