What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're okay but they're not very understanding or forgiving in regards to my condition and the strain the job puts on my body.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

RSUs are back-weighted in years 3 and 4. The better the stock does, the fewer subsequent RSUs you're awarded.
