What makes you most happy at work?

Working on products that affect people (hopefully positively). Company has excellent business focus. As an engineer, easier to have a real impact than some places.

RSUs are back-weighted in years 3 and 4. The better the stock does, the fewer subsequent RSUs you're awarded.
