the overall benefits are amazing although i wish the benefits team was more approachable

the leadership team needs to work on listening to their employees. They attempt to listen but dont take things to heart.

RSUs are back-weighted in years 3 and 4. The better the stock does, the fewer subsequent RSUs you're awarded.
