What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No respect for individuals, very brutal work life balance, 17 to 18 hour job with no recognition. Worst company to work for.

RSUs are back-weighted in years 3 and 4. The better the stock does, the fewer subsequent RSUs you're awarded.
