What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy that my role requires me to be creative and I can easily see how my work impacts our employees, customers and business results. It's also nice to receive compliments and positive feedback from my co-workers and internal clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to competitive pay, medical, and matching 401K....my family has been blessed by the 12 weeks of Paid Family Leave when we had our kids. Also, as a 10+ year employee, I receive 28 days of PTO in addition to 9 paid holidays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our #WinAsOne culture is embraced throughout my team and the larger company. I can't get my work accomplished solely by myself and must rely on the participation and engagement of others, and the #WinAsOne culture across the company makes that possible. People are friendly and supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they were willing to make strategy pivots and invest to prepare AT&T for the next decade. They provide regular, clear communication in multiple formats. Our CEO releases funny (and self-deprecating at times) videos to info-tain and reach our entire AT&T employee base on our strategy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked with most of my team for 5+ years. Majority are highly skilled and passionate about the work we do. When we disagree, it's in a positive, productive way. We find ways to have fun together outside work, such as a recent trip to a professional basketball game.
