Knowing I am making a difference and the pay/benefits are good enough to put a house over my head and then some.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is phenomenal! Thoughtful, understanding, knowledgeable and transparent! Leadership above used to hold calls to answer questions. Now there are changes to leadership so we shall see how it goes.
