Not happy with the way the company is headed. I understand that we want to get to our roots but laying off people several times a year while giving them a couple of weeks to look for other opportunities is not right. Compensation is a disaster compared to what other companies are paying.

At this time no culture has been cultivated.

New employees get paid at a higher rate than existing employees.

We are too busy assisting clients that we find it hard to connect with each other
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following through on commitments and not just promise to fix systems and not fix it because of funding.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The tools and resources are complex to support new and existing customers. Compensation is not fair for the work we are doing compared to other organizations.
