Fairly straightforward. Never feel like they are sugarcoating information for me.

I am involved in everything. This allows me to participate and learn in cross-functional pieces of strategy and execution.

My team is sharp, loyal, and ambitious. They want to do a great job and everything they turn in exceeds expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the ability to earn real-time incentives as a staff member for jobs well done. When I was in sales, I liked the commission component to my pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Think they do a decent job of trying to connect with so many employees. Especially for such a large company. You feel it more if you are in a hub city.
