Providing appropriate salary increases to high value employees like myself will make a big difference in increasing the feeling of being valued by the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement opportunities are there for everyone. The encouragement to give back and continuously learn and grow in your career and on a personal level also create a positive culture focused on people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always there to help each other and don't try to keep information from each other. Even though we work all over the US, we stay connected and support each other very well. We're a family!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team isn't perfect, but they are focused and transparent. They have a great vision lined out and it is easy to understand how I fit into that vision. That says a lot, considering AT&T is such a large company!
