Overall, it's been better than average, but after having been surplussed and landing another position, & seeing the amount of downsizing happening around me, I'm constantly worried about being surplussed. Now they only give 2 weeks to find another job, so chances of finding another position are slim

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not based solely on my performance. It's based on a comparison of m team members' salaries, so one person can be a top performer but get a lower salary increase percentage if a colleague is making way below where they should be. So my coworker's salary dictates my raise.
